My Note Connect（Cloud / OAuth / Drive） 利用規約

1. はじめに

本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます。）は、スマートワークス／Yuzuru Sonoda（以下「運営者」といいます。）が提供する 「My Note Connect（Cloud / OAuth / Drive）」（以下「本サービス」といいます。）の利用条件を定めるものです。 本サービスは、Google アカウントによる OAuth 認証を通じて Google Drive と連携し、ファイルの保存・読み込み・上書き・削除などを行うための クラウド連携機能を提供します。 ユーザーの皆さま（以下「ユーザー」といいます。）は、本サービスをご利用いただくことにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

2. Cloud版の定義

本規約における「Cloud版」とは、次のクラウド環境で提供される My Note 関連の Web アプリケーションおよびオンライン機能を指します。
  • Google Cloud Platform（App Engine）上で稼働する Web アプリケーション
  • Google Drive API と連携するクラウド機能
  • トークン処理や Drive 操作の中継に利用される Flask などのミドルウェア
  • 将来的に追加・変更される関連クラウド機能一式
Cloud版は、My Note の PC 版や PWA 版と連携し、ユーザーの Google Drive 内のファイル操作をオンラインで補助する役割を持ちます。

3. 適用範囲

  1. 本規約は、Cloud版に関する本サービスの利用において、ユーザーと運営者との間のすべての関係に適用されます。
  2. My Note PC 版、PWA 版、その他のディジタルコンテンツの基本的な利用条件については、別途公開されている「My Note 利用規約」が適用されます。
  3. 本規約の定めが、他の規約やガイドラインと矛盾する場合には、Cloud版に関する部分については本規約の定めが優先されます。

4. 本サービスで利用するデータ

本サービスが利用するデータは、機能提供に必要な最小限の範囲に限られます。 （1）Google OAuth 認証情報
  • アクセストークン
  • リフレッシュトークン
  • Google OAuth による認証に必要な最小限の情報
本サービスは、ユーザーの氏名・メールアドレス・プロフィール・連絡先などの個人情報にはアクセスしません。 （2）Google Drive に関する情報
  • ユーザーが許可したフォルダ内のファイル一覧
  • ファイルの読み込み・保存・上書き・削除に必要なファイル内容

5. 認証情報（トークン）の取り扱い

本サービスは、利用環境に応じて認証情報（トークン）を次のように取り扱います。 （1）Cloud版
  • Cloud版では、OAuth 認証や Google Drive API の処理に必要な範囲で、サーバー側でトークンを一時的に利用します。
  • 一般ユーザーのトークンを恒久的にサーバーへ保存することはありません。
  • トークンが第三者に提供されることはありません。
（2）PC版・PWA版（参考）
  • PC版では、token.json ファイルをユーザーの端末内（ローカル環境）に保存します。
  • PWA版では、トークンをブラウザの IndexedDB に保存します。
  • これらローカル環境のトークンは、Cloud版や運営者に送信されることはありません。

6. データの利用目的と免責

  1. 本サービスは、ユーザーが明示的に許可した範囲内でのみ、Google Drive 上のデータにアクセスします。運営者は、Google Drive 上のデータを保存・解析することはありません。
  2. Google Drive の障害、API の制限、ネットワークトラブル、ブラウザや端末環境に起因する不具合等により発生したデータ損失やトラブルについて、運営者は責任を負いません。
  3. ユーザーは、Google が定める各種利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーに従い、本サービスを利用するものとします。

7. 禁止事項

ユーザーは、本サービスの利用にあたり、次の行為を行ってはなりません。
  1. 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
  2. 他人の Google アカウントを不正に利用する行為
  3. 不正アクセス行為またはこれを試みる行為
  4. 本サービスまたはサーバーに過度な負荷を与える行為
  5. 本サービスの運営を妨害する行為
  6. その他、運営者が不適切と判断する行為

8. サービスの停止・変更

運営者は、次のいずれかに該当すると判断した場合、事前の通知なく本サービスの全部または一部の提供を停止または変更することができます。
  1. システム保守・点検・更新を行う場合
  2. Google Drive API や OAuth の仕様変更・停止があった場合
  3. サーバー障害、通信回線障害、その他やむを得ないトラブルが発生した場合
  4. 地震・火災・停電・天災などの不可抗力によりサービス提供が困難となった場合
  5. その他、運営者が本サービスの提供を継続することが困難であると判断した場合
運営者は、上記によりユーザーまたは第三者に生じた損害について、一切の責任を負いません。

9. 免責事項

  1. 本サービスは、現状有姿（“as is”）で提供されるものであり、完全性・有用性・特定目的への適合性などについて、運営者は一切の保証を行いません。
  2. 消費者契約法その他の法令により、運営者の免責が制限される場合であっても、運営者の責任は、通常生じうる直接かつ現実の損害に限られるものとします。

10. 利用規約の変更

運営者は、必要と判断した場合、本規約の内容を変更することができます。重要な変更がある場合には、公式サイト上での告知その他の適切な方法によりユーザーにお知らせします。 本規約の変更後にユーザーが本サービスを利用した場合、ユーザーは変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。

11. 準拠法および裁判管轄

  1. 本規約の解釈および適用については、日本法を準拠法とします。
  2. 本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合には、運営者の所在地を管轄する日本の裁判所を、第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

My Note Connect (Cloud / OAuth / Drive) – Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of My Note Connect (Cloud / OAuth / Drive) (“the Service”), provided by SmartWorks / Yuzuru Sonoda (“the Operator”). The Service enables users (“Users”) to connect to Google Drive through Google OAuth authentication and perform file-related operations such as viewing, uploading, saving, overwriting, and deleting files. By using the Service, Users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

2. Definition of the Cloud Version

In these Terms, the term “Cloud Version” refers to the following cloud-based components related to the My Note system:
  • Web applications running on Google Cloud Platform (App Engine)
  • Cloud features that interact with Google Drive via the Google Drive API
  • Middleware such as Flask used for token handling and Drive operations
  • Any future cloud-based extensions or related online features
The Cloud Version works together with the My Note PC and PWA versions and provides online functionality for accessing the User’s Google Drive files.

3. Scope of These Terms

  1. These Terms apply to all relationships between the User and the Operator regarding the Cloud Version of the Service.
  2. The general use of My Note (PC version, PWA version, and downloadable contents) is governed by a separate “My Note General Terms of Service.”
  3. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with other rules or guidelines, the provisions related to the Cloud Version in these Terms shall prevail.

4. Data Used by the Service

The Service only accesses the minimum data necessary to function. (1) Google OAuth Authentication Data
  • Access tokens
  • Refresh tokens
  • Authentication information required by Google OAuth
The Service does not access the User’s name, email address, profile, or contact information. (2) Google Drive Data
  • File lists within folders explicitly authorized by the User
  • File contents necessary for reading, saving, overwriting, or deleting files

5. Handling of Authentication Tokens

The Service handles authentication tokens differently depending on the User’s environment. Cloud Version
  • Tokens are used temporarily on the server only for processing OAuth and Google Drive API requests.
  • The Service does not permanently store User tokens on the server.
  • Tokens are never shared with any third parties.
PC / PWA Versions (Reference)
  • In the PC version, token.json is stored locally on the User’s device.
  • In the PWA version, tokens are stored in the browser’s IndexedDB.
  • Tokens stored locally are not sent to the Cloud Version or to the Operator.

6. Data Usage and Disclaimer

  1. The Service accesses the User’s Google Drive only within the scope explicitly authorized by the User. The Operator does not store or analyze Google Drive data.
  2. The Operator is not responsible for any data loss or malfunction caused by Google Drive downtime, API limitations, network issues, or browser/device problems.
  3. Users must comply with Google’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy when using the Service.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in any of the following acts when using the Service:
  1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
  2. Unauthorized use of another person’s Google Account
  3. Attempts of unauthorized access or actions that place excessive load on the Service or its servers
  4. Interference with the operation of the Service
  5. Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by the Operator

8. Suspension or Modification of the Service

The Operator may modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service without prior notice in the following situations:
  1. When conducting system maintenance, inspection, or updates
  2. When Google Drive API or OAuth specifications are changed or suspended
  3. When server failures, communication problems, or other unavoidable troubles occur
  4. When natural disasters or other force majeure events make it difficult to provide the Service
  5. When the Operator otherwise determines that it is difficult to continue providing the Service
The Operator is not liable for any damages incurred by Users or third parties resulting from such modifications, suspensions, or terminations.

9. Disclaimer

  1. The Service is provided on an “as is” basis, and the Operator makes no warranties regarding completeness, usefulness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
  2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service. Even if liability is recognized, such liability shall be limited to direct and ordinary damages.

10. Changes to the Terms

The Operator may modify these Terms when necessary. Important changes will be announced via the official website or by other appropriate means. If a User continues to use the Service after the Terms have been updated, the User is deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
  2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Operator.
